HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They should close down. They're an embarrassment to Foxwoods. Food was not good, customer service was horrible, and the assistant manager has no concept of service. DO NOT GO HERE! I would rather go to MCDonalds or eat the leftovers off someone's plate from another restaurant. HORRIBLE. I'll be calling the manager that's how bad the experience was. Is there an option for zero stars? That's my actual rating. Please heed the warnings about this place!!!!
Tuesday July 10.... will be our last visit! The service was great server had a smile and was trying to be accommodating however the food was sent back three times! The Prime rib ordered Medium Rare came out as medium well and well done....shoe leather! Completely dried out just a really big disappointment for such a long wait into the resturant to an empty floor! The management came to the table and offered to bring another piece out the second time only to recieve the same temp and it was very unsatisfactory! She then proceeded to ask if we wanted a SANDWICH or something instead! We asked for another side of fries the prime rib was thrown on top and they were mush and the supervisor never brought them out we had to asked the waitress! We had came specifically for the special I hated to WASTE the two other pieces that the waitress brought to us but they were the same and we just wanted to leave at this point asked for a to go box... said my dog will enjoy this meat! The waitress apologized said because we didn't eat she was going to send the supervisor to revisit the table! The supervisor hardly friendly dropped off the boxes and walked away! Horrible service as a manager of a resturant!

I would love to give only 1 star but because our waitress was very nice and the assistant manager took care of us am giving 2 stars. There was a small piece of metal in my husbands soup... his chinese salad was taste less and the fish i ordered (fish&chips) was not cooked great. Our first and last time there.

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. The prime rib was cooked just right and shrimp scampi and fried were decent. Mashed potatoes we good. Salad very good. Can't complain for all you can eat.
