Over priced food that is terrible, pizza is better at papa Gino's, the wait staff is terrible and u wait forever for anything.
I am Italian and this place was not very good. The dipping oil was "infused" with lime and gelatin which tells me they are stretching it out because olive oil is expensive. I got the fried calamari for an appetizer and they were obviously frozen and no tentacles for $18. Don't waste your time here. Not very good as far as the food. The service, however, was great!
Convenient location to the grand theater, excellent food, the calamari was some if the best I have has. The sangria was excellent, wife loved the AOP pasta and the bolognese was exceptional! I recommend the mascaporeo dessert!
Service was amazing, food was great (minus the infused olive oil), the dessert is out of this world! This is the best cheese cake I have had. Juniors is next store and doesn't compare to this. Fluffy, creamy, tastey and paired with the vanilla ice cream makes this the perfect ending to any night.
Have been there at least 10 times with the wife. We always sit at the bar and most often split a salad, an app and a pizza. Never a complaint - food and service is always very good, until my last visit. During a bite of pizza I took a glass shard out of mouth the size of a large corn flake. Bartender was very shocked and said put it on the bar as if it was radioactive. She got the manager and as expected he quickly scooped up the evidence. He apogized and said no charge for the glassy pizza. He offered to buy us a drink and since I had already lost my appetite I said no thank you. Do you think he offered to buy us the drink we already had? No he didn't - good gamble on his part that we might not want another. I believe under the circumstances he should have paid for the whole bill - wow, yes all $64 of it. Not a very pleasant experience that night and definitely not happy with the management. As usual, most shortcomings start at the top - like stuff flowing down stream.
