I love Torrid, however this location has a very limited amount of items. I tried calling there before I took the drive up there to check on an item I saw online and the phone number listed all over the web (including the Tanger Outlet store listing) is wrong(?)...when I called; it was a busy signal...so I couldn't even contact them... #badbusiness
good store. BUT. the phone number listed does not work, or ring at all, once they sign you up for their in-store credit card, you cant pay it with your debit card online, and if you try to do it over the phone, there is a 15$ processing fee, which is over half the minimum payment. I tried to call to see if I could go in to the physical location to pay these blood sucking leaches, and the phone number is still dead. So I guess I will drive the 45 minutes there to see if I can pay in person. This is a major hassle.
