We have never had a good experience at this Panera! Every time we've ordered, they are out of bread bowls and baguette sides - no matter whether it's noon or 5pm! And they always close early - tonight they were scheduled to be open until midnight and we had to knock on the locked gates at 9:55! We ordered three soups in bread bowls and arrived to find no bread bowls available. We paid with a gift card and were told the additional charge for the bread bowls couldn't be refunded because the cashier "doesn't have access to gift cards" - despite the gift cards on the counter readily available for purchase. Do not stop here!
